Horses on a cold morning
Horses on a cold morning

What:

Cowboy Campmeeting 2007 will be held on the Southern slopes of Mt. Adams. The speakers this year are Pastor's Paul Cole and Michael Dauncey. There will be plenty of good music and tons of great fellowship and a whole lotta riding!

When:

July 3-8, 2007

Where:

At Mt. Adams Horse Camp on the southern slopes of Mt. Adams about 7 miles North of Trout Lake, WA

Directions:

From Vancouver, take Hwy 14 east to mile marker 63 and turn north  onto Hwy  141.

From Portland head east on I-84 or west on I-84 if you are coming from the east.

Go to the Hood  River toll bridge and cross over into Washington ($3.00 for truck and trailer).

At the Washington end of the bridge turn west on Hwy 14 and go a few miles to Hwy 141.

Go north 21 miles on Hwy 141 to Trout Lake, WA. Stay right at the  Chevron  station and go 1.8 miles (do not veer left onto Randle Road). Turn  left on  Road 80, go 2.1 miles, and turn left on Buck Creek Road (you will see  a sign  there for the horse camp, too). Go 7/10 of a mile to the second turn- off on  your right to Buck Creek (the one with the big archway over it); the  road  deadends shortly after that.
